Hello, friends! The new week begins, which means that I am here to share some fresh music 🙂 So, today here is the duo called HATZATZ, from Mitzpe Ramon, Israel, and their fresh track named “Dinosaur”. Let’s check it out together!
I am usually not really into this type of music. But this track bought me…because there’s no vocal. I mean, if the vocals were there, it probably would sound a bit too light to me. But the track is instrumental, and its heaviness is not limited by the vocal part. Also, I like the fact that there are only two people in the band (drummer and bassist). But they sound like a wall of sound together.
I am a fan of psychedelic, repetitive, noisy, and hypnotic tunes like this one. I can listen to this type of music on repeat for a whole day. The sound of the distorted bass is incredibly pleasant to my ears + raw drums. Amazing stuff.
This is a testament to the power of simplicity (in a good meaning) in music. With no vocals or lyrics, the track relies solely on the interplay between drums, bass, and the listener’s brain. The result is a pure, unadulterated wall of sound that envelops the listener in a whirl of psychedelic and stoner rock influences.
