Isidor ten Hooven – Side Effects (2024)

Hi, guys! I am not sure how to make any introduction for today’s track… It’s just slightly crazy. And yes, if you have any problems with your ability to relax, then this “drug” is for you 🙂 Today here is the track “Side Effects” by the electronic music producer from Glasgow, Scotland — Isidor ten Hooven. Let’s dive into this stuff!

Daaamn… It’s just like reading the instruction for medicine while you brain is on shrooms. Just in case, I didn’t use shrooms ever in my life (and not recommend you to try), but I suppose that this track is like when you have a bad trip on shrooms.

But at the same time, the song has some kind of magnetic field that attracts me and then sucks inside like a black hole. And I just can’t stop listening to it, while I am falling towards the singularity of the glitchy arrangement and absolutely unbelievable lyrics.

The track delivers a mind-bending fusion of experimental, breakbeat, and glitch elements that defy conventional genre boundaries. “Side Effects” is a sonic journey into the depths of avant-garde soundscapes, where intricate rhythms collide with glitchy textures to create a mesmerizing auditory experience. Despite the absurdity, there’s a method to the madness, and listeners are invited to immerse themselves in the surreal world created by Isidor ten Hooven’s unique artistic vision.

A bit more infor about the artist and the track:
Artist and composer writing theatrical, punky-industrial and experimental music with unique vocals. Isidor always likes to collaborate with artists/actors to create an expressive depth to his tracks.

Theatrical and punky breakbeat track about the overly absurd amount of side effects that come with a fictional meditation device. Nasty beats, droning vocals and a dash of ironic razzle-dazzle.

As usual, thanks a lot for being with me here 🙂 I hope your day became a little bit funnier with this track. Enjoy the music and stand with Ukraine! Peace <3
