Hi guys! The last day of 2021, and the last post this year are here. I’d say, it’s not a “celebrating” kind of music at all. But this track is perfectly fitting my inner vibe at this moment, so I am happy to represent to you Scott Stevenson — experimental / electronic music artist from Brisbane, Australia, and his fresh track entitled “Sonjat”. Let’s check it!
The track is incredibly detailed. A bunch of nice little sounds appears and fade away all time during the track. A great mix of breakbeat, downtempo, jungle, techno, and probably, something else… I really dig this cocktail of genres. The vocals work more like instruments on this mix. You know you didn’t expect to hear a lot of lyrics in here. It’s more like a part of the overall arrangement. But without vocals, this track would not work that well for sure.
What can I say? Very good job on sound design and the atmosphere. The track literally hypnotized me to listen to it on repeat. I hope you all like it as much as I do. I wish you all to leave all s*it in 2021 and to continue enjoying good music with me in 2022. Peace <3
