Hi guys! Since I am a big fan of ambient music, this release by The Cancel — an electronic music producer from Lviv, Ukraine, had no chance of slipping by me. This is the album “Earth”. Usually (before this release) his music was mostly chill / lo-fi / beats. But this release is definitely something new and fresh. Btw, this album is also released via the Ukrainian label Syntes Records.
I can feel Cancel’s previous musical experience in these ambient compositions. It’s not plain drone ambient stuff. It has a lot of textures, details, and musical ideas, which makes it way much more interesting to listen to. I’ll be honest, I am pretty happy to see the Ukrainian underground electronic music scene rises. Enjoy the music and stand with Ukraine! Peace <3
