Hey guys! The week started with metal music yesterday, and I am pretty happy to continue metal music theme today 🙂 Here is Void Dancer — death metal band from Seattle, Washington, United States, and their song entitled “Former Self Portrait”.
First of all — it’s amazing stuff! I really like everything about this song. The vocal part, drum pattern, guitar riffs, bassline. Interesting thing — I hear modern death metal, but with a little part of an old-school one (such as Obituary for example). Honestly, for me, as for an old metalhead, this mix is perfect choice to enjoy the new-school metal stuff. Especially, counting the fact that I am receiving an incredibly small amount of good metal music for my blog.
My ears and brain say: “Thank you, Void Dancer!” for this beautiful piece of metal music. Probably, for most of “pop” people, this song will be a torture. But I am just slowly moving my head back and forth, while the kick drum evenly knocking to my speakers. Enjoy.
